Fixed Height HEX Block

The HEX Block Series of safety ram blocks offers is our most popular offering thanks to its ease of use, its small foot-print, low weight and high load capacity. With models available spanning ranges from a few inches up to several feet and load available load capacities of up 60 tons, the Hex Block is the ideal solution for many punch and press brakes.
Each Hex Block ram block is also factory-equipped with an accessory bolt for the safety interlock at no extra cost!

Standard Features:

• 6061-T6511 extruded Aluminum body.
• Adjustable models include heavy-duty ACME threaded steel rods and nuts.
• Factory-applied, safety-yellow, powder-coat finish.
• Factory equipped with an interlock accessory bolt. (interlocks sold separately)
• Adjustable Hex BlocksTM have load capacities of up to 35 tons.
•  Fixed-Height Hex BlocksTM have load capacities of up to 60 tons.
•  3/8" thick x 3 ½" diameter, 6061 aluminium base plate.

Hex 7-12 5" adjustment, 35 ton static load capacity. Weight - 5 ½ lbs.

Hex 10-15 5" adjustment, 35 ton static load capacity. Weight - 6 ½ lbs.

Hex 15-20 5" adjustment, 35 ton static load capacity. Weight - 8 lbs.
