The MAX Block Series of safety ram blocks is our high-capacity model with an incredible strength to weight ratio. With models available spanning ranges from several inches up to several feet and load available load capacities of up 170 tons, the MAX Block is the ideal solution for many larger stamping presses.
Each MAX Block ram block is also factory-equipped with an accessory bolt for the safety interlock at no extra cost!
Standard Features
- 6061-T6511 extruded Aluminum body.
- Adjustable models include heavy-duty ACME threaded steel rods and nuts.
- Factory-applied, safety-yellow, powder-coat finish.
- Factory equipped with an interlock accessory bolt. (interlocks sold separately)
- Adjustable MAX Blocks have load capacities of up to 100 tons.
- Fixed-Height MAX Blocks have load capacities of up to 170 tons.
- Each MAX Block is equipped with a ½" thick x 4" square, 6061 aluminium base plate.
